All Sales Are Final

All sales on bklegacy.co are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Accidental or duplicate purchases
Dissatisfaction with a product after purchase
Failure to read the product description prior to purchase

Digital Products

Our products are digital (eBooks, planners, and downloadable templates). Once a digital file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered to your email, the transaction is complete and no refund will be issued.

Exceptions

We will only consider a resolution in the event of a verified technical error that prevented delivery of your purchased product. Contact us within 48 hours of purchase at becomingkimeh@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
